Within the framework of implementing the National Digital Strategy 2025 projects related mainly to the axis of digital transformation of administration, the Ministry of Communication Technologies organized today a workshop during which the new platform UXP for national interconnection was presented, under the supervision of the Minister of Communication Technologies, Mr. Nizar Ben Naji, and in the presence of the Swiss Ambassador to Tunisia, Mr. Josef Renggli and the Director of the Bank. The European Union for Reconstruction and Development in Tunisia, Ms. Nodira Mansurova, representatives of the ministries and structures concerned with the project, and representatives of the Estonian company developing the platform. This project will enable the simplification of administrative services through:

• Preserving digital evidence and electronic evidence related to data sent between departments
• Improving the quality of data included in national and sectoral registers

• Verify, instantly and automatically, the data and documents that are submitted to the administration
• Facilitating the process of providing administrative services online by creating files automatically without the need to scan paper documents

It should be noted in the same context that this project was launched in a first phase with 4 ministries, namely the Ministry of Interior, Education, Transport and Social Affairs, and will be circulated in a second phase to the rest of the ministries.

During his opening speech, the Minister of Communication Technologies stressed the importance of this new platform because it will facilitate transactions between the citizen, the administration, and the structures among them in terms of reducing deadlines, saving time, and reducing errors that may occur when processing files. In this context, he called on all ministries, institutions, and state structures to Participating in this project, which will achieve an important step towards digitizing and modernizing the administration and enhancing the digital transformation of the country in various fields.
